TRAPPED
...a feature film which won best action film at the Urban Film Festival this past November, is about a newly reformed man who just got of prison for a crime he didn't commit. He has big plans to publish a book based on his life experiences but all of that is thrown out the window when his best friend, played by John Anantua, sways him in the wrong direction, and he meets his untimely demise!
3 Doors From Paradise
…a feature film in which John plays the antagonist, will be screened at the Bellmore Playhouse later on this year. This film is about a mentally disabled man who goes out into the real world for the first time, and experiences all the troubles and hardships that comes with living on your own. This film recently signed a worldwide distribution contract with XVIII Entertainment. 3 Doors From Paradise has also been shown at the Cannes Film Festival and Market this year.
